We are no longer deploying teams to Calvary Chapel Houston in response to Hurricane Harvey

In this Disaster Relief effort over 100,000 meals were served, hundreds of homes were cleaned out and food and supplies were provided to 1000+ families through the food pantry.
Well over 700 volunteers responded. For more information go to: www.calvaryhoustonrelief.com

Today we were able to pray over and send off a team that will be assisting the ongoing relief work at CC Houston. Please keep them in prayer.

SEPTEMBER 1ST

We are still in Houston working alongside of Ron Hindt and his staff and the church. They have began feeding hot meals to community and mucking houses. There has been many opportunities to pray with people. Community is grateful that Calvarys have come together to serve them. Thanks for the prayers and support. We encourage you to prayerfully get behind this endeavor or come out with teams

AUGUST 27TH

As we continue to see the rain fall on southern Texas, our hearts break and we continue to pray for those whose lives have been impacted by Hurricane Harvey. I will be heading to Houston tomorrow in hopes of meeting up with Ron Hintz from CC Houston. At this time, the church building is surrounded by water (but has not flooded), and they are using the property to stage victims that have been rescued in the surrounding areas. Please pray that the boats we have procured will be able to get us in, and that the setup for a large-scale relief operation would run smoothly.
We will keep you posted,
Pastor Lance
