Vacation Bible School is for children entering Kinder-6th Grade. Cost is free, with an option to purchase a grade t-shirt for $10.
VBS is from 9:00AM-11:45AM. Pick up time is from 11:45AM-12:15PM

Authorization and Consent*
I hereby permit my child to participate in Vacation Bible School. He/She is in good physical condition except for specific notes as specified. In case of emergency, I hereby give permission for my child to receive treatment, injection, hospitalization, anesthesia, and surgery. I understand that every reasonable effort will be made to contact me or my designated alternate that I provide on the form. I do not hold Calvary Chapel La Habra responsible for any accidents or detriment to my child during Vacation Bible School.
